Kun jij op strategisch niveau schakelen met senior stakeholders én zorgen dat veranderingen daadwerkelijk worden geadopteerd op de werkvloer? Dan is deze uitdagende opdracht in de energiesector iets voor jou! Als Senior Change- en Implementatiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle change- en implementatieactiviteiten rondom de invoering van het nieuwe besturingsmodel. Je ontwikkelt de veranderstrategie, brengt de impact van de verandering in kaart en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers en stakeholders goed worden meegenomen. Daarbij heb je oog voor zowel de organisatie als de mensen die met de nieuwe werkwijze gaan werken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een integraal change- en implementatieplan; - Begeleiden van de implementatie van het nieuwe besturingsmodel; - Faciliteren van de adoptie binnen verschillende organisatieonderdelen; - Analyseren van de impact van de verandering op processen, medewerkers en werkwijzen; - Identificer...
