In dieser Funktion begleitest du im Team Organisational Development konzernweite Change- und Transformationsprozesse strategisch und methodisch- mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch in der Gestaltung wirksamer Interventionen und mit Blick auf Menschen und Organisationen als soziale Systeme.

Was für uns zählt * Abgeschlossenes Studium * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernumfeld sowie Erfahrung in der eigenständigen und strukturierten Begleitung und Umsetzung von Organisationsentwicklungs-Projekten * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Change Architekturen sowie in der Moderation von Workshops bis hin zu Großgruppen * Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu strukturieren, zu analysieren sowie verständlich aufzubereiten * Souveränes, professionelles Auftreten, hohe Selbstführungs- und Reflexionsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenz * Freude an gelegentlichen Reisen, wenn die Projektkontexte es erfordern * Gehobene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jeweils mind. C1-Niveau)

Dein Beitrag bei uns * Du begleitest Veränderungsprojekte zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisation im Hinblick auf Strategie, Strukturen und Menschen - von der Analyse, über die Konzeptionierung und Strukturierung bis zur konkreten Umsetzung. * Du konzipierst und führst Diagnosen (z. B. Interviews, Umfragen) durch und trägst dazu bei, daraus klare Empfehlungen und umsetzbare Lösungen zu entwickeln. * Du erkennst Muster, Hebel und Spannungsfelder und spiegelst diese professionell und konstruktiv zurück. * Du konzipierst und moderierst Workshops, Meetings oder Großgruppenformate souverän und adressatengerecht. * Du gestaltest Prozesse und Tool-Boxen für den Konzern. * Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und reflektiert - auch in komplexen und dynamischen Kontexten.

* Begleitung von Strategieumsetzungsprozessen (z.B. mittels OKR) * Unterstützung bei strukturellen Veränderungen (z.B. Restrukturierung von Organisationseinheiten, Post-Merger Integrationen) * Unterstützung in Konfliktsituationen und Begleitung von Teamentwicklungsprozessen
