Bij KBC gaat schadebeheer over veel meer dan het behandelen van dossiers. We zoeken een ervaren professional die complexe dossiers weet te doorgronden, collega's ondersteunt vanuit expertise én mee bouwt aan de toekomst van Schade Auto.

Als Senior Claims Specialist Auto ben je een belangrijke referentie binnen de organisatie. Je neemt de meest uitdagende dossiers in handen, brengt alle betrokken partijen samen en werkt zelfstandig een onderbouwd standpunt uit. Je combineert juridische, technische, operationele en commerciële inzichten om tot de juiste oplossing te komen voor de klant én voor KBC.

Daarnaast kijk je verder dan het individuele dossier. Dankzij jouw ervaring detecteer je verbeterkansen, geef je advies aan management en werk je actief mee aan projecten die onze werking verder professionaliseren. Je helpt processen verbeteren, denkt mee na over digitalisering en automatisering en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe werkwijzen.

Je wordt breed ingezet binnen de volledige tak Auto. Daardoor bouw je expertise op over verschillende domeinen heen en ontwikkel je een uniek overzicht over onze werking.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je behandelt de meest complexe en gevoelige schadedossiers binnen Auto.
  • Je analyseert dossiers grondig en brengt alle relevante elementen samen om tot een onderbouwde beslissing te komen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig samen met klanten, agenten, advocaten, experten, herstellers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je formuleert duidelijke standpunten en communiceert deze professioneel naar alle stakeholders.
  • Je adviseert management bij complexe dossiers, risico's en inhoudelijke vraagstukken.
  • Je bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega's en ondersteunt hen bij uitdagende dossiers.
  • Je deelt actief kennis en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van expertise binnen het team.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in projecten, verbeterinitiatieven en verandertrajecten.
  • Je vertaalt inzichten uit de praktijk naar voorstellen voor procesverbetering, digitalisering en kwaliteitsverhoging.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s over verschillende departementen heen om oplossingen uit te werken die de werking van morgen vormgeven.
  • Je bent polyvalent inzetbaar binnen de verschillende domeinen van Schade Auto.
  • Je hebt minimum een bachelordiploma.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen schadeverzekeringen Auto.
  • Je voelt je thuis in complexe dossiers waarbij analyse, expertise en oordeelsvorming centraal staan.
  • Je hebt een brede interesse in de verschillende domeinen binnen Auto en kijkt graag over de grenzen van één specialisatie heen.
  • Je combineert een sterk analytisch vermogen met gezond pragmatisme.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen, ook in uitdagende situaties.
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en bouwt vertrouwen op bij klanten, collega's en externe partners.
  • Je communiceert professioneel, duidelijk en overtuigend.
  • Je haalt energie uit het coachen en ontwikkelen van collega's.
  • Je denkt niet alleen in oplossingen voor vandaag, maar ook in verbeteringen voor morgen.
