Senior Clientmanager AV & Expo Events Tilburg 0.8 - 1.0 FTE We zoeken een Senior Clientmanager AV & Expo die precies weet hoe de wereld van zakelijke events, beurzen en AV-oplossingen werkt. Iemand die niet hoeft te landen in deze branche, maar er al jaren in zit. Die de dynamiek van AV-events en expo's kent, gewend is aan schakelen met zakelijke klanten en begrijpt hoe je concepten vertaalt naar uitvoerbare en overtuigende AV-oplossingen. De wereld waarin je werkt Wij richten ons op zakelijke events en beurzen, waar AV het verschil maakt in beleving, impact en merkpresentatie. Van corporate events tot internationale expo's: alles draait om heldere afspraken, strakke uitvoering en sterke samenwerking tussen klant, techniek en concept. Geen vrijblijvendheid. Wel tempo, verantwoordelijkheid en resultaat. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Clientmanager AV & Expo ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en laten groeien van zakelijke klanten binnen events en expo. Je spreekt de taal van AV-events Je hebt ervaring in de AV-events en/of expo-wereld en weet hoe deze markt werkt. Je begrijpt klantvragen direct en vertaalt ze naar haalbare, sterke oplossingen. Je overtuigt zakelijke klanten Je bent gesprekspartner op niveau bij corporate klanten en eventorganisaties. Je weet vertrouwen te winnen op inhoud én ervaring. Je bouwt en benut accounts Je beheert bestaande relaties en ontwikkelt nieuwe commerciële kansen binnen je eigen netwerk en de markt. Je maakt het commercieel én praktisch waar Je werkt voorstellen uit met het team, presenteert ze en zorgt dat ze ook uitvoerbaar zijn binnen planning, budget en technische kaders.
