Deze organisatie een internationaal actieve Belgische organisatie die sterk investeert in de verdere modernisering van haar eigen applicatie- en infrastructuurlandschap. Binnen IT wordt gewerkt aan een brede cloudtransformatie. Het interne IT-team bestaat uit specialisten rond IoT, front-end, backend, DevOps en infrastructuur en werkt nauw samen aan verschillende strategische digitaliseringsprojecten. Er wordt bewust gekozen voor korte lijnen, dagelijkse afstemming en veel ownership binnen het team. Om deze omgeving verder te versterken zoeken ze een Cloud Engineer die technisch sterk is, maar vooral ook de maturiteit heeft om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, werk te zien liggen en zaken effectief tot een goed einde te brengen.

Jobomschrijving

Je krijgt een brede hands-on rol binnen de technische IT-omgeving en werkt nauw samen met de IT Manager. Je zorgt mee voor de stabiliteit, performantie en verdere evolutie van de cloud- en platforminfrastructuur en bewaakt tegelijk de samenhang tussen applicaties, infrastructuur, databases en deploymentprocessen. Je werkt intensief rond Kubernetes en ondersteunt developmentteams bij het bouwen, deployen en operationeel houden van moderne applicaties. Daarnaast werk je mee aan de verdere professionalisering van CI/CD. Je bent daarbij niet enkel degene die technologie configureert. Je kijkt breder naar beheer, continuïteit en samenhang: hoe worden applicaties gedeployed, hoe communiceren componenten, waar zitten risico’s en wat moet structureel verbeterd worden?

  • Bachelor of Master in IT
  • Sterke ervaring in cloud engineering
  • Kennis van Kubernetes, Linux en CI/CD
  • Je bent een doener en werkt graag in teamverband
  • Je werkt in het Nederlands en een stukje in het Engels
