Deine Aufgaben

* Technische Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Cloud-Lösungen bei unseren Kund_innen

* Durchführung von Onboarding-Workshops mit neuen Kund_innen

* Planung und Durchführung von Implementierungen, Migrationen und Optimierungen

* Technische Verantwortung in Projekten - von Design bis Betrieb sowie Unterstützung bei Architekturentscheidungen und Best Practices

* Laufende Betreuung, technische Beratung (Consulting) und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kund_innenumgebungen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung

* Erfahrung im Design und in der Umsetzung von Cloud-Architekturen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online und Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online und/oder Azure (IaaS / PaaS) von Vorteil

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und professionelle Arbeitsweise

* fundierte Kommunikationsskills (Deutsch und Englisch) sowie sicheres Präsentationsvermögen
