Opdracht Binnen het cluster Vergunningen van de gemeente Hof van Twente hebben zich in korte tijd diverse personele ontwikkelingen voorgedaan. Hierdoor staat de continuïteit, kennisborging en verdere ontwikkeling van het cluster onder druk. Om het cluster gedurende deze periode te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een ervaren en meewerkend senior professional die als sparringpartner en inhoudelijk boegbeeld fungeert voor het team. De opdracht richt zich nadrukkelijk op begeleiding, kennisoverdracht en het versterken van medewerkers, zodat expertise duurzaam wordt geborgd binnen de organisatie. De opdrachtnemer ondersteunt het cluster bij complexe vraagstukken en draagt bij aan een soepele overdracht van kennis en werkzaamheden in aanloop naar het vertrek van een ervaren senior medewerker die in oktober 2026 met pensioen gaat. Wij zoeken een ervaren professional met ruime gemeentelijke ervaring binnen het VTH-domein en specifiek vergunningverlening. De kandidaat beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring als senior vergunningverle.
