In Hazerswoude-Dorp geef je leiding aan een betrokken team pedagogisch professionals en bouw je verder aan de verbinding tussen kinderopvang en onderwijs. Samen met scholen werk je aan een sterke doorgaande lijn, waarin kinderen zich van opvang naar onderwijs zo goed mogelijk kunnen ontwikkelen. Op je eigen wijs Elk kind ontwikkelt zich weer anders. Bij Junis is daar alle ruimte voor. Een geborgen omgeving waar kinderen zich vrijuit kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarom zeggen wij: doe het op je eigen wijs. En dat geldt ook voor jou als clustermanager. Je doet dit in een hecht dorp, waar medewerkers, kinderen en ouders elkaar kennen en de verbinding met de omgeving vanzelfsprekend is. Je bent zichtbaar en benaderbaar voor je teams en weet wat er speelt op de locaties én in het dorp. Samen met het gebiedsteam kijk je verder dan je eigen cluster. Je zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega-clustermanagers en weet elkaar te versterken om gezamenlijke ambities te realiseren. Je denkt strategisch, durft keuzes te maken en weet deze te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Met jouw inhoudelijke kennis van de samenwerking tussen kinderopvang en onderwijs weet je verschillende partijen met elkaar te verbinden en bouw je mee aan een toekomstbestendige pedagogische omgeving. Je hebt oog voor de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en begeleidt de Clustermanager in ontwikkeling in haar groei naar een zelfstandige leidinggevende. En natuurlijk sta je klaar voor je eigen team. Je geeft vertrouwen en ruimte, bent duidelijk wanneer dat nodig is en weet medewerkers te inspireren om samen het beste uit zichze...
