Als Senior CNC Plooier krijg je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over een krachtige LVD-plooibank en transformeer je complexe technische tekeningen in perfect afgewerkte metalen componenten!

Dit dynamische en financieel gezonde familiebedrijf (KMO) in de regio West-Vlaanderen is een echte specialist in hoogwaardige metaalbewerking en zware constructies. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Zelfstandig instellen, programmeren en ombouwen van een hoogwaardige CNC-gestuurde LVD-plooibank (capaciteit: 4 meter, 320 ton) aan de hand van technische plannen.
  • Analyseren van de opdrachten en het selecteren van de exacte plooigereedschappen (messen en matrijzen) per project.
  • Manipuleren van zwaardere stalen platen en componenten, waarbij je efficiënt en veilig gebruikmaakt van de rolbrug.
  • Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles tijdens en na het plooiproces met behulp van standaard meetgereedschappen (schuifmaat, gradenboog, etc.).
  • Verzorgen van het wekelijks basisonderhoud van de machine om de nauwkeurigheid en de technische staat van de plooibank te borgen.
  • Actief overleggen met collega's bij complexere plaatbewerkingen om processen te optimaliseren en stilstanden te voorkomen.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar aantoonbare praktijkervaring als zelfstandig CNC Plooier.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en 2D/3D-tekeningen lezen en interpreteren als een open boek.
  • Sterk ruimtelijk en technisch inzicht, essentieel voor het bepalen van de juiste plooivolgorde en materiaaleigenschappen (terugvering).
