Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld - herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert

* Kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung für internationale Wartungs- und Serviceprojekte der Kategorie B einschließlich Steuerung von P&L, Cashflow

* Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgetplanungen sowie Abweichungs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen.

* Aktives Risiko- und Chancenmanagement und Umsetzung von Risikominderungsmaßnahmen.

* Durchführung von Projekt-Reviews sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Einkauf und Werkstätte zur Sicherstellung des wirtschaftlichen Projekterfolgs.

* Verantwortung für Vertrags- und Claim-Management über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.

* Eigenständige Durchführung kommerzieller Verhandlungen sowie Entwicklung von Angebotsstrategien, Business Cases und Kalkulationen zur Sicherstellung nachhaltiger Projektergebnisse

* Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kund_innen, Lieferant_innen und dem Management auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene.

Ihre Qualifikationen - fundiert und adäquat

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt.

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Commercial Project Management einschließlich eigenverantwortlicher Steuerung komplexer Projekte, Vertragsverhandlungen und Risiko- sowie Claim-Management.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finance, Rechnungslegung (IFRS/HGB), Vertragsmanagement sowie Steuer-, Export- und Zollthemen.

* Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit EPIQ, ROCCIT und DASH.

* Zertifizierung als Senior Commercial Project Manager von Vorteil bzw. Voraussetzung.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

* Hohe Resilienz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft sowie die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck und in anspruchsvollen Gesprächssituationen professionelle Lösungen zu erzielen.

* Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10-15 % im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld.

Was muss ich noch wissen?

Wir bieten ein attraktives Vergütungspaket, das Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung entspricht. Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens EUR 65.041,34. Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Siemens als Großkonzern bietet darüber hinaus weitere Sozialleistungen und Benefits.
