Als senior commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, zowel aan de telefoon, via de mail als aan de balie. Je denkt actief mee over hun vraagstukken en weet precies hoe je hen kunt helpen de juiste keuzes te maken binnen ons brede assortiment. Je schakelt snel tussen klantcontact, orderverwerking en afstemming met collega's of leveranciers. De combinatie van klantgericht werken en commerciële kansen zien maakt jouw werk dynamisch én impactvol. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren van klanten over producten, opstellen van passende offertes en actief opvolgen om aanvragen om te zetten in succesvolle orders. - Nauwkeurig verwerken van bestellingen in het systeem en afstemmen van leveringen en inkoop met leveranciers en collega's. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties door heldere communicatie, oplossingsgericht werken en het nakomen van afspraken. - Dagelijks schakelen met buitendienst, magazijn en inkoop om gezamenlijk optimale service te leveren en commerciële doelen te realiseren. Wat bieden wij? - Salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring, conform de Hibin cao. Deze functie valt in schaal 7 en 8, met een maximum van € 4.153,15 bruto per maand. - 37 vakantiedagen: 25 vakantiedagen en 12 atv-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. De atv-dagen kun je inzetten voor extra vrije tijd of (deels) laten uitbetalen. - 8% vakantiegeld, naar keuze jaarlijks of maandelijks uit te laten keren. - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 kilometer tot maximaal 25 kilometer (enkele reis). - Goede pensioenvoorziening. - Medewerkerskorting op bouwmaterialen.
