Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles voor hen tot in de puntjes geregeld is. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Fungeren als hét aanspreekpunt voor grote accounts: je klanten weten jou direct te vinden - Uitzoeken en oplossen van klantvragen en technische vraagstukken - Uitwerken, opvolgen en beheren van complexe offertes - Verwerken en begeleiden van binnenkomende orders van a tot z - Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties (relatiebeheer) - Onderhandelen over prijzen, voorwaarden en leveringen - Ondersteunen van de buitendienst en samenwerken met collega's - Bewaken van het volledige orderproces en signaleren van knelpunten - Proactief meedenken over commerciële kansen en verbeteringen In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je stevig in je schoenen staat en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over je eigen klantenportefeuille.
