Als Senior Commissioning Engineer stel je wereldwijd maritieme voortstuwingssystemen en bijbehorende besturingen in bedrijf. Je werkt voor een internationale leverancier van maritieme technologie in Drunen en begeleidt de systemen van de scheepsbouwfase tot de overdracht tijdens proefvaarten. Op locatie ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's. Functie-inhoud - Uitvoeren en coördineren van commissioning op klantlocaties wereldwijd - Inbedrijfstellen van verstelbare schroeven, tandwielkasten, waterjets, azimuth thrusters en boegschroeven, inclusief besturingssystemen - Begeleiden van functionele testen en kwaliteitscontroles tijdens de bouwfase en proefvaarten - Oplossen van technische en projectgerelateerde afwijkingen, met aandacht voor de financiële gevolgen - Technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten en collega's op locatie - Aansturen van medewerkers en contractors bij onderhoud en reparaties - Rapporteren over werkzaamheden en afstemmen met de servicecoördinator en klant Functie-eisen - Bachelor Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring - Enkele jaren internationale fieldservice-ervaring, bij voorkeur met voortstuwingssystemen, of vergelijkbare ervaring in een internationale industriële organisatie - Bereidheid om wereldwijd te reizen en circa 170 dagen per jaar in het buitenland te verblijven - Klantgerichte, resultaatgerichte en pragmatische werkwijze - Leiderschapsvaardigheden en een open, toegankelijke communicatiestijl - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk; andere talen zijn een plus - Nauwkeurig naleven van richtlijnen voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu en procedures op klantlocaties Aanbod - Internationale projecten met verschillende typen maritieme voortstuwingssystemen - Vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in de uitvoering van je werk - Aandacht voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling - Samenwerking met technische specialisten wereldwijd.
