Daarmee zorg jij voor alignment en medewerkersbetrokkenheid binnen Movares. Dit ga je doen Bij Movares - Jij adviseert HR, IT, Strategie, het business service centre en projectteams over communicatie- en verandercommunicatievraagstukken en vertaalt organisatieontwikkelingen naar effectieve communicatieaanpakken. - Jij creëert samenhang tussen veranderinitiatieven en ondersteunt management en leidinggevenden bij het realiseren van begrip, betrokkenheid en draagvlak voor verandering. - Jij draagt bij aan de verdere implementatie van de communicatiestrategie door leiderschapscommunicatie te versterken en leidinggevenden te ondersteunen met effectieve communicatieformats, toolkits en middelen. - Jij verankert het organisatieverhaal, kernboodschappen en communicatieritme binnen de organisatie en organiseert communicatie en dialoog rondom strategische thema's, veranderingen en organisatiedoelstellingen. - Je adviseert en voert regie op communicatie rondom strategische verandertrajecten die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling naar één Movares.
