Als Senior Concern Inkoper help je gemeente Helmond om slimme keuzes te maken in (complexe, multidisciplinaire) inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten. Je werkt midden in de organisatie, bouwt mee aan de ontwikkeling van inkoop en draagt bij aan de grote ambities van Helmond. Zo maak jij het mee Als Senior Concern Inkoper ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen inkoop, de organisatie en het fysieke domein. Je werkt veelal aan werken en bouwgerelateerde zwaardere inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten voor met name de openbare ruimte en vastgoed en bent sparringpartner voor het management en projectleiders. Je brengt inkoop vroeg aan tafel. Je helpt vraagstukken scherp te krijgen en vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar slimme en toekomstgerichte inkoopstrategieën. Daarbij beweeg je makkelijk tussen strategie, bestuur en uitvoering. Je focus ligt op het fysiek domein, maar je bent ook breed inzetbaar voor aanbestedingen van leveringen en diensten binnen andere domeinen, zoals ICT en facilitaire dienstverlening. Je komt terecht in een team van 17 professionals en specialisten binnen de afdeling Financiën. Samen werken jullie aan de verdere ontwikkeling van inkoop binnen de gemeente. Het team is volop in ontwikkeling en jij krijgt alle ruimte om daarin het voortouw te nemen. Vertrouwen, eigenaarschap en een flexibele teamspirit staan centraal Je deelt kennis, zoekt actief de samenwerking op en krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen in gang te zetten.
