Constructeurs werken daarbij nauw samen met collega's uit onder andere bouwkunde, architectuur, installatietechniek, procestechniek, brandveiligheid en civiele techniek. Functie inhoud Als Senior Constructieadviseur ben je technisch eindverantwoordelijk voor constructieve projecten en geef je richting aan belangrijke ontwerpbeslissingen. Je combineert inhoudelijke constructiekennis met projectverantwoordelijkheid en leiderschap. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en financiële voortgang van projecten en stuurt projectteams aan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, engineers en andere disciplines. Je vertaalt complexe constructieve vraagstukken naar heldere oplossingen en zorgt dat ontwerpen technisch uitvoerbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig zijn. Naast je rol binnen projecten lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van collega's. Je begeleidt junioren en medioren, deelt kennis en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het constructieve vakgebied.
