The posting

Business Area Wind is responsible for Vattenfall's Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro Renewable activities like solar PV and batteries. Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, we have a clear strategy to develop our solar PV and battery operations further. Within Business Unit Offshore , Project Execution is responsible for the contracting and execution of our construction projects. Our vision is to stay ahead of the competition by safely constructing next-generation offshore wind farms and leveraging our expertise during the planning and contracting phases to ensure successful project delivery. We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to join our Construction Management team. You will independently lead assigned work scopes and contribute to the safe, technically sound, commercially disciplined and timely delivery of offshore construction activities across planning, procurement, execution, logistics and close-out. As Senior Construction Engineer, you will lead assigned Construction Management work scopes supporting the offshore construction and commissioning of an offshore wind farm. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will manage each scope from initial concept and specification development through procurement, contract implementation, execution and close-out, with accountability for recommendations and deliverables within agreed budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements. - Interim maintenance services and offshore maintenance campaigns - Commissioning Service Operation Vessels (CSOV) - Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) - Temporary Aids to Navigation (AtoN) - Offshore site setup and construction base harbour facilities - Communication systems and offshore coordination tools - Marine coordination support services - Construction management documentation and operational procedures - Additional construc...
