Heb jij een commerciële drive en al de nodige ervaring binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Senior Consultant bij VNOM werk je in een 360-graden rol en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, uitbreiden en beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je schakelt op hoog niveau met opdrachtgevers, weet kansen in de markt te benutten en draagt actief bij aan de groei van de vestiging én het team. Verder bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit:

- Het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden van bestaande relaties;

- Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van acquisitie en het opbouwen van een sterk netwerk;

- Het schrijven en binnenhalen van vacatures en het realiseren van plaatsingen;

- Het plannen en uitvoeren van klant- en projectbezoeken;

- Het voeren van commerciële gesprekken, contractbesprekingen en onderhandelingen;

- Het begeleiden van junior consultants en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.

Als Senior Consultant weet jij hoe de wereld van arbeidsbemiddeling werkt en ben je in staat om zelfstandig je eigen business op te bouwen en uit te breiden. Je krijgt de ruimte om te ondernemen, kansen te pakken en samen met het team verder te groeien. Wij zoeken een Senior Consultant die ondernemend is, kansen ziet in de markt en samen met het team wil bouwen aan verdere groei van de afdeling. Verder beschik jij ook over:

- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling;

- Afgeronde Hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting

- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

- Fulltime beschikbaarheid (40 uur per week);

- In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
