Je coacht collega's en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van LSSP als organisatie. - Training geven : Je geeft zelfstandig trainingen op Black Belt of Red Belt niveau en ontwikkelt nieuwe trainingsmodules om aan de klantbehoefte te voldoen. - Consultancy : Je leidt complexe verandertrajecten, adviseert klanten tot op strategisch niveau en biedt expertise in uiteenlopende sectoren. - Coaching : Je begeleidt klanten op inhoud, soft skills en persoonlijke effectiviteit, en fungeert als mentor voor junior en medior collega's. - Organisatieontwikkeling : Je bouwt mee aan onze organisatie door nieuwe diensten te ontwikkelen, interne processen te verbeteren en innovatie te stimuleren. Bij LSSP werk je niet alleen aan uitdagende klantprojecten, maar bouw je ook aan de toekomst van onze organisatie.
