Voor een atypisch en sterk digitaal accountantskantoor in de regio Halle zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Consultant Accountancy.

En nee, dit is geen omgeving waar je dagenlang enkel dossiers verwerkt en cijfers ingeeft.

Dit kantoor kijkt anders naar accountancy.

Dankzij een sterke digitale aanpak en een flinke dosis ondernemerszin willen ze verder gaan dan cijfers, aangiftes en belastingen. Hun ambitie? Ondernemers écht begrijpen, adviseren en helpen om betere beslissingen te nemen.

Daarom zoeken we iemand die niet alleen goed is met cijfers, maar vooral ook graag met ondernemers rond de tafel zit.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Consultant ben je een inhoudelijke en strategische gesprekspartner voor klanten.

Je focus ligt voornamelijk op:

  • het adviseren en begeleiden van ondernemers;
  • het bespreken en interpreteren van financiële cijfers;
  • fiscale en financiële vraagstukken;
  • klanten helpen om betere zakelijke beslissingen te nemen;
  • opportuniteiten en aandachtspunten detecteren;
  • digitale tools en software slim inzetten;
  • actief meedenken over hoe het kantoor en de dienstverlening nog beter kunnen.

Je krijgt dus ruimte om verder te kijken dan het klassieke dossierbeheer.

Je wordt een echte business partner voor jouw klanten.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand met een stevige ervaring binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit.

Idealiter heb je minstens 6 jaar relevante ervaring.

Maar ervaring alleen is niet voldoende.

Je bent iemand die:

  • graag met ondernemers en klanten praat;
  • cijfers kan vertalen naar begrijpelijk advies;
  • interesse heeft in technologie en software;
  • kritisch durft nadenken;
  • het status quo af en toe graag uitdaagt;
  • initiatief neemt en ideeën durft delen;
  • graag mee bouwt aan een organisatie.

Je houdt van cijfers en fiscaliteit.

Maar minstens even belangrijk: je houdt ook van mensen.
