Wir unterstützen Unternehmen bei sämtlichen Herausforderungen in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Controlling durch Contract Personnel bei kurzfristigen Personalengpässen sowie auch bei größeren Projekten im Finanzbereich mit Schwerpunkt Optimierung von Prozessen über Automatisierung und Digitalisierung.

Interessiert und motiviert, Accounting als wichtiges Tool ganzheitlich zu verstehen und bereits erste Erfahrung darin gesammelt?

Was dich erwartet: * Du zeigst deine Hands on-Mentaliät und unterstützt Klient:innen bei Herausforderungen im Jahres- und Konzernabschluss sowie im Konsolidierungs- und Reportingumfeld * Du organisierst und erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für unsere Klient:innen nach UGB und IFRS * Du unterstützt unsere Klient:innen bei Kapazitätsengpässen vor Ort (Contract Personnel Engagements) mit Fokus auf die Konsolidierung * Du berätst zu verschiedenen ERP-Systemen Konsolidierungslösungen (mit Fokus auf Lucanet) und wirst Spezialist:in in deren Anwendung * Du erweiterst kontinuierlich dein Verständnis zur Automatisierung im Bereich Accounting und Konsolidierung

Qualifikationen * Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Fokus auf Finance/Accounting * Du bringst mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung und Expertise im Bereich Konsolidierung, Accounting & Reporting und/ oder Wirtschaftsprüfung von Konzernen mit * Du begeisterst dich für die Rechnungslegung und hast Spaß an persönlichem und inhaltlichem Wachstum * Du zeigst Teamgeist durch Kommunikationsstärke, Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität * Du zeichnest dich durch dein strukturiertes und analytisches Arbeiten aus und du bringst ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Lösungskompetenz mit
