In HR Transformation begleiten wir unsere Kundinnen und Kunden auf ihrem Weg zu einer zukunftsorientierten Personal-Abteilung. Wir unterstützen Unternehmen bei der Definition strategischer Neuausrichtungen, entwickeln moderne Technologiestrategien und begleiten die Auswahl, das Design und die Implementierung führender HR-Technologien. Dabei schätzen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden besonders unsere einzigartige Kombination aus inhaltlicher und technologischer HR Expertise.

Was dich erwartet: * Du managst HR-Technologie (Teil-)Projekte und begleitest deine Kund:innen aktiv durch die Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors * Dein Fokus liegt auf den Modulen Employee Central inkl. Time Management und du beschäftigst dich u.a. mit Themen wie Personal- und Organisations-Stammdaten, Zeitaufzeichnung, Abwesenheiten und den dahinter liegenden Prozessen * Du kümmerst dich um die strategische Beratung, die technische Implementierung und vertiefst im Austausch mit Kolleg:innen laufend dein Fachwissen zu Human Capital Themen * Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen im gesamten Prozess: vom Angebot, über die Implementierung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Go-Live * Du vernetzt dich mit unserer internationalen Deloitte Community und baust gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen unser internes Wissen auf

Qualifikationen * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, gerne mit Bezug zu HR oder IT * 2-3 Jahre facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der IT-Implementierung mit einem Hintergrund aus Employee Central, SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) * Hintergrund oder Erfahrung mit modernen HR-IT Systemen wie SAP SuccessFactors, Workday oder Oracle * Hohe Lösungsorientierung, strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie das Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge * Einwandfreie Deutsch- und Englisch Kenntnisse und anlassbezogene Reisebereitschaft
