Het Regionaal Werkcentrum is bij veel ondernemers en bedrijven nog onbekend. We verwachten daarom dat je creatief en ondernemend bent om met bedrijven in contact te komen om het gesprek aan te gaan. Hiervoor kun je ook een netwerk of netwerkpartners van het RWC inzetten. Je bent gesprekspartner voor werkgevers en ondernemers in Groot-Amsterdam. Het gesprek richt zich op alle arbeid(smarkt)gerelateerde vraagstukken zoals mobiliteit of van werk-naar-werk, duurzame inzetbaarheid en (om- en bij)scholing. Ook bij vragen over werving of behoud van personeel kun je advies geven. Als je zelf het antwoord niet weet, schakel je een collega of partner in die je kan helpen. Wanneer jij vragen krijgt die bij meerdere partijen spelen, dan is het jouw opdracht om partijen te verbinden en samen mogelijke interventies te initiëren. Je brengt mensen en organisaties (inclusief ZZP'ers) samen met als doel een arbeidsmarkt waarin zowel ondernemers, werkgevers en werknemers nog meer tot bloei komen. Opdrachtomschrijving Primair ben je de verbinder en een routekaart binnen de regio. Je brengt partijen die voor elkaar van toegevoegde waarde kunnen zijn bij elkaar. Op basis van de arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen, de vragen die aan ons gesteld worden en de gesprekken die je voert, bedenk je samen met je collega's en netwerkpartners oplossingen en interventies. De uitvoering of coördinatie van de interventies of projecten komt mogelijk ook bij jou te liggen. Je werkt in een dynamisch veld met veel uitdagingen, waarin veel behoefte is aan strategisch, tactisch en praktisch advies en waarin ruimte is voor slimme oplossingen en gedurfde innovaties. Gemiddelde werkdag: Nog niet iedereen weet het RWC te vinden, je gaat daarom proactief op zoek naar bedrijven of sectoren met vraagstuk...
