Vanuit het expertisecentrum ondersteunen we gemeenten bij het opzetten van een werkgeverservicepunt om de vraag en aanbod op de lokale arbeidsmarkt met elkaar in verbinding te krijgen. Het Expertisecentrum zoekt in verband met een toenemende vraag en uitbreiding van ons team, een gedreven Senior adviseur die tot op directie niveau onze dienstverlening op de juiste wijze onder de aandacht kan brengen bij de klant en in staat is om uitdagend werk te vinden voor een team van 10 - 15 consultants. Beschrijving functie: De Senior adviseur opereert 3,5 - 4 dagen als senior adviseur binnen het werkgebied van het Expertisecentrum. De overige tijd ben je verantwoordelijk voor de acquisitie voor een team van 10 - 15 consultants. De senior adviseur participeert ook actief in de ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening van het expertisecentrum. Wij vragen: - Kwalificaties - De senior adviseur heeft een diploma op HBO- of WO-niveau. - De kandidaat heeft 2-4 jaar werkervaring in een (leidinggevende) commerciële functie in het bedrijfsleven en heeft gedurende deze periode ervaring opgedaan met de verkoop van dienstverlening. - Daarnaast heeft de senior adviseur 2-4 jaar werkervaring bij de overheid in het Sociale Domein als senior consultant. - De ideale kandidaat heeft daarnaast kennis van en of ervaring met: - De werkgeversbenadering van gemeenten; - Decentralisatie in het Sociale Domein; - Social Return. - Competenties - Je bent gesprekspartner tot en met directieniveau; - Bereid zijn, door het gehele land, bij...
