Samen met jouw collega's begeleid je klanten door het volledige traject: van het ontwerpen van hun toekomstige besturingsmodel en organisatiestructuur tot aan de implementatie en borging. Je gebruikt zowel nieuwe ideeën als beproefde oplossingen. Daarbij ga je voor een klantgerichte maatwerkaanpak. Je wordt ingezet als subject matter expert, veranderaar, begeleider, coach en doener.
