Digital Motions helpt MKB-bedrijven bij complexe IT-vraagstukken, softwareselecties en implementaties. Veel organisaties starten een softwareselectie terwijl processen nog niet scherp zijn, belangen uiteenlopen en verwachtingen verschillen. Daardoor worden verkeerde keuzes gemaakt, ontstaan discussies tijdens implementaties en wordt software aangepast aan processen die eigenlijk eerst verbeterd hadden moeten worden.

Voor deze vraagstukken zoeken wij een Senior Consultant Digitale Transformatie.

Taken Jouw rol

Jij zorgt ervoor dat organisaties de juiste software kiezen doordat processen, requirements en besluitvorming vooraf volledig scherp zijn. Daarmee leg je de inhoudelijke basis voor succesvolle implementaties.

Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor directie, management, key-users en proceseigenaren. Je begeleidt workshops, stelt de juiste vragen en maakt verschillende belangen bespreekbaar. Samen met stakeholders breng je structuur aan in complexe vraagstukken en help je organisaties om keuzes te maken die passen bij hun strategie én dagelijkse praktijk.

Samen met collega's vertaal je deze inzichten naar een kwalitatieve software-uitvraag en begeleid je de inhoudelijke beoordeling van softwareleveranciers tijdens demo's, leverancierssessies en fit-gap analyses. Zo zorg je voor een goed onderbouwde softwareselectie en leg je de basis voor een succesvolle implementatie.

In deze rol werk je aan de inhoudelijke basis van softwareselecties en IT-transformaties. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Analyseren van werkprocessen, knelpunten, afhankelijkheden en verbeterkansen

- Begeleiden van werksessies met directie, management, key-users en pr
