Aufgaben * Leitung und Koordination von SAP AI- und Entwicklungsprojekten unserer Kunden * Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Lösungen auf Basis von SAP BTP, SAP Business AI und SAP S/4HANA * Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse sowie Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen durch AI-Technologien * Entwicklung von Applikationen, Erweiterungen und Integrationsszenarien im SAP-Umfeld * Implementierung von AI-Use-Cases unter Nutzung von SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, SAP AI Core und weiteren modernen Technologien * Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich technologischer Architektur, Entwicklungsstandards und Best Practices * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Performance und Wartbarkeit entwickelter Lösungen * Nutzung digitaler und AI-gestützter Tools zur effizienten Unterstützung der täglichen Arbeit * Business Development, Identifikation neuer Verkaufschancen und Lead-Generierung im Bereich SAP AI und SAP Development

Kompetenzen * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * 5-10+ Jahre Erfahrung in SAP-Entwicklungsprojekten oder im SAP-Technologieumfeld * Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP oder vergleichbaren SAP-Technologien * Erfahrung mit modernen SAP-Entwicklungsansätzen sowie Integrations- und Erweiterungsszenarien * Kenntnisse im Bereich Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning oder Generative AI von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams und im Stakeholder-Management * Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte anschaulich darzustellen und zu präsentieren * Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit strategischem Verständnis für digitale Transformation und Innovation * Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Das Einstiegsgehalt als Senior Consultant beträgt EUR 61.600,-- brutto/Jahr (All-In). Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Weiters kannst Du mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
