Amstelveen - Home > - Senior Consultant Finance Transformation & Performance - Publieke Sector Solliciteren Jouw uitdagingen - Adviseren van publieke organisaties over vraagstukken binnen finance transformatie, performance management en bedrijfsvoering. - Uitvoeren van analyses om verbeterkansen binnen de financiële functie te identificeren. - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interviews, workshops en werksessies met stakeholders. - Vertalen van bevindingen naar heldere aanbevelingen, rapportages en presentaties. - Ondersteunen van transformatie- en verbetertrajecten binnen de publieke sector. - Verbeteren van financiële sturing, planning- en controlprocessen en managementinformatie. - Bijdragen aan project- en programmamanagement binnen complexe verandertrajecten. - Samenwerken met klanten en collega's uit verschillende disciplines om duurzame verbeteringen te realiseren. - Begeleiden en coachen van meer junior collega's binnen projecten. - Verkennen hoe technologie, automatisering en AI kunnen bijdragen aan een effectievere financiële functie en dienstverlening.
