Aufgaben

* Du wirst zum Sparringspartner_in für führende Banken und Finanzinstitute und berätst sie in allen Facetten der Gesamtbanksteuerung - von der Strategie, über das Design von quantitativen Modellen bis zur operativen Umsetzung.

* Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen für komplexe quantitative, prozessuale und organisatorische Fragestellungen und schaffst so echten Mehrwert.

* Du übersetzt anspruchsvolle Regulatorik wie Basel IV und die CRR in smarte, umsetzbare Strategien und wirst so zum entscheidenden Wegweiser für unsere Kund_innen.

* Du tauchst tief in IT-Architekturen und Datenprozesse ein, analysierst deren Effektivität und schaffst die technologische Grundlage für ein zukunftsfähiges

Kompetenzen

* Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik oder einem anderen MINT-Fach, bildet deine Basis.

* Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit - gesammelt entweder direkt in einer Bank oder in einer Prüfungs-/Beratungsgesellschaft mit Fokus auf den Finanzsektor.

* Dein analytisches Mindset hilft dir, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu durchdringen und fundierte, datengestützte Empfehlungen abzuleiten.

* Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch und kannst deine Konzepte souverän präsentieren.

Pluspunkte sammelst du mit:

* Erster Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teilprojekten.

* Einem guten Verständnis von Risikoprozessen in Banken, inklusive dahinterliegenden IT-Architekturen und Datenflüssen.

* Einer hohen Affinität für quantitative Themen und deren praktische Anwendung.
