(Senior) Consultant International Corporate Tax Advisory Location: Rotterdam Other locations: Anywhere in Country Salary: Competitive Date: Feb 16, 2026 Job description Requisition ID: 1519542 Als (Senior) Consultant binnen International Corporate Tax Advisory (ICTA), werk je samen met je teamleden om internationaal opererende ondernemingen bij de beheersing van hun fiscale posities op een wijze die optimaal aansluit bij hun behoeftes. Variërend van investeringen, acquisities, splitsingen, verkooptrajecten, bedrijfstransformaties en interne en externe financieringen. Ook komen er strategische vraagstukken bij kijken zoals het meedenken over strategische veranderingen zoals duurzaamheidsinitiatieven of het reorganiseren van bedrijfsonderdelen. De uitdaging -What future are you building towards? In je rol ben je actief betrokken bij het coördineren van diverse opdrachten, van vennootschapsbelasting tot transfer pricing, waarbij je direct contact onderhoudt met internationale klanten en samenwerkt met andere belastingexperts binnen de Nederlandse praktijk en over de grens. Je bouwt al snel ervaring op in het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid voor projectonderdelen en je hebt veel contact met belastingautoriteiten. Binnen ICTA en de bredere internationale tax praktijk (International Tax and Transaction Services) als geheel ondersteunen we vooraanstaande multinationals, private equity fondsen en investeerders bij fiscale kwesties gerelateerd aan internationaal ondernemen, investeringen en wereldwijde uitbreidingen.
