Je speelt de rol van regisseur en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en een multidisciplinair team van deskundige collega's om de transactie van begin tot eind te sturen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van het proces en het aansteken van de juiste strategieën om de wensen van onze klanten te vervullen. Door jouw expertise en ervaring zorg je voor de succesvolle afronding van overnames, waarbij je alle belangen effectief afstemt en complexe vraagstukken oplost. Met jouw ervaring in het MKB en jouw strategisch inzicht draag je bij aan de groei en het succes van ons ambitieuze M&A-kantoor. Zet je ervaring in en groei samen met ons verder! Wat ga je doen? Procesbegeleiding Je begeleidt overnametrajecten grotendeels zelfstandig en fungeert als regisseur van het proces, waarbij je zorgt voor de juiste coördinatie en afstemming van alle betrokkenen. Je houdt de voortgang in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines en doelstellingen worden behaald. Strategisch advies Je bent een sparringpartner voor ondernemers en ondersteunt hen bij strategische vraagstukken rondom fusies en overnames. Door je ervaring en vakkennis bied je waardevolle inzichten die onze klanten helpen weloverwogen beslissingen te nemen. Waardebepalingen Je voert financiële analyses en waarderingen uit om de waarde van bedrijven te bepalen en te onderbouwen.
