Deine Aufgaben

- Du planst und koordinierst Projekte und unterstützt namhafte Kund:innen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen auf ihrem Weg zur digitalen Transformation - Du stehst dabei im engen Kontakt mit allen projektrelevanten Stakeholdern - Du planst den Ressourceneinsatz und die laufende Abstimmung für neue Projekte - terminierst und moderierst erforderliche Meetings mit Stakeholdern - Du stimmst die Projektziele mit den Teammitgliedern ab und betreust das Team, um u. a. eine positive und effiziente Arbeitsatmosphäre zu gewährleisten - Du unterstützt im Mentoring/bei der Einarbeitung von Consultants - Du wirkst aktiv dazu bei das Prozess Know-how im Unternehmen zu steigern - Du leitest Termine mit Kund:innen und bereitest diese vor

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor, Master, Diplom o. ä.) der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaft, Mathematik o. ä. sowie bereits erste Berufserfahrungen als Führungskraft im Projektmanagement oder Projektsteuerung - Hohe Affinität zur Digitalisierung/digitalen Transformation (RPA/Robotics) - Sehr gute MS Office / MS 365 Skills - Wünschenswert sind Erfahrung in RPA-Lösungen, wie z. B. UiPath, SAP iRPA, BluePrism, o. ä. - Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen - Ausgeprägte analytische Denk- sowie eine selbstständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative - Reisen innerhalb des deutschsprachigen Raums sind für dich selbstverständlich - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für direkten Kundenkontakt
