Bij ons krijg je de kans om dagelijks bezig te zijn met de inkoop van Jeugdzorg en diensten onder de WMO en de Participatiewet.Met jouw scherpte en ervaring zet je doelmatigheid altijd voorop, zonder de rechtmatigheid te verliezen. Je legt de kern van het vraagstuk bloot en kiest de inkoopstrategie die daarbij past om samen met jouw opdrachtgever tot de beste oplossing te komen.Bij ons ben jij geen uitvoerder, maar de architect van het inkoopproces. Wat ga je doen als Senior Consultant Sociaal Domein? Als ervaren Inkoopspecialist Sociaal Domein werk je samen met jouw opdrachtgever aan slimme en innovatieve inkoopstrategieën in complexe en vaak politiek gevoelige dossiers. Je staat dicht bij de beslissers, maakt strategische keuzes en hebt invloed op hoe een aanbesteding in de markt wordt gezet. Vanaf het eerste gesprek tot en met de contractering leid jij het proces. Je verzamelt de juiste informatie, analyseert en identificeert kansen en bottlenecks , betrekt op het juiste moment de juiste mensen binnen alle gelederen van je opdrachtgever en houdt controle. Ook als de omstandigheden veranderen. Jouw rol in de praktijk: - Je leidt complexe aanbestedingen, van voorbereiding tot gunning. Hierbij richt jij je op de optimale balans tussen inkoopinnovatie , doelmatigheid en rechtmatigheid. - Je adviseert opdrachtgevers op basis van jouw ervaring over de verschillende kansen en bedreigingen die specifiek zijn voor het inkopen van zorg. - Je ontwikkelt inkoopstrategieën die doelgeric...
