Je speelt een sleutelrol in business development door nieuwe kansen te identificeren, klantrelaties te versterken en bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van onze diensten, zodat we blijvend waarde bieden aan onze klanten en ons aanpassen aan veranderende marktbehoeften. Doel van de rol Als Senior Consultant draag je bij aan: - Het realiseren van de duurzaamheidsambities van onze klanten door het vervullen van de rol van projectmanager en senior expert op projecten. - Het versterken van onze marktpositie door innovatieve diensten en oplossingen te ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van organisaties. - Het opbouwen van een team van experts door kennis te delen, junioren te begeleiden en een cultuur van continue verbetering te stimuleren.
