BDO Tax is de plek waar jij dit samen met jouw collega's doet. Zo kom je te werken op de transactiepraktijk en ben je betrokken bij fiscale due diligence onderzoeken. Verder zet jij jouw ervaring en netwerk vaardigheden in bij werkzaamheden voor een breed scala aan klanten: de grotere familiebedrijven, internationale ondernemingen en private equity partijen (nationaal en internationaal). Met name op het gebied van vennootschapsbelasting, de bronbelasting en tax accounting. De fiscale M&A werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het reviewen van fiscale clausules in de transactiedocumentatie, het opzetten van een efficiënte acquisitie- en financieringsstructuur en ook post deal dienstverlening. Daarnaast geef je sturing aan realistische projectplanningen en deel jij kennis over vakinhoudelijke ontwikkelingen. Vanuit jouw rol schakel je met verschillende disciplines zoals: btw specialisten, legal, deal advisory en externe partijen. Je weet een volwaardige vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen en daardoor een optimale adviesrelatie met je klanten te realiseren. Ten slotte zijn de lijnen kort en krijg je veel vrijheid om jouw verantwoordelijkheden te nemen en ambities waar te maken.
