Als senior consultant bij Morgens krijg je een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke rol in de verandertrajecten die wij begeleiden. Morgens ondersteunt organisaties in zorg, onderwijs en overheid om continu mee te bewegen met de ontwikkelingen in hun sector en daarbuiten. Op een gemiddelde werkdag geef je bijvoorbeeld 's ochtends met een collega een workshop over procesverbetering bij een Hogeschool of in een ziekenhuis. Of je leidt een project om de dienstverlening van een gemeente te verbeteren. Wat jij meebrengt - Academisch werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de consultancy of specifieke ervaring als adviseur, project- of programmamanager of leidinggevende bij een organisatie in de publieke sector; - Ervaring met strategie- en organisatieontwikkeling en verandermanagement. - Een relevant actief netwerk binnen de publieke sector.
