Als Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist bij Neways realiseer je verbeteringen die bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid en groei. Zo maak je impact De Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist pakt een leidende rol in het improvement team en ondersteunt de Operations Manager en de productie organisatie bij de uitdagingen die gepaard gaan met het managen van een grote productieorganisatie. De nadruk zal vooral liggen op productie, maar met sterke cross-functionele elementen, vooral op Quality, Engineering en Supply Chain. Van jou wordt verwacht dat je veranderingen initieert, faciliteert en samenwerkt met de organisatie om de implementatie van strategische plannen en initiatieven te realiseren.
