Aannemers zijn belangrijke zakenpartners voor Enexis. De afdeling Aannemerij beheert landelijk meer dan 140 contracten met aannemers met een totale waarde van ruim 1 miljard euro per jaar. De afdeling is intern hét aanspreekpunt voor alle zaken die de aannemer raken. Het team bestaat uit elf professionals met een grote betrokkenheid bij de organisatie en die werkzaam zijn door het hele verzorgingsgebied van Enexis. Eens per maand is er een samenwerkdag met werkoverleg in Arnhem. Het team werkt met een grote mate van eigen verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid. Collega's zijn professionals met een ruim mandaat, de managementstijl is faciliterend en richtinggevend. Er is veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen en vernieuwingen door te voeren en eigenaarschap te nemen voor het resultaat. Als senior contractmanager IPM aannemerij ben je daarnaast een belangrijke schakel in het IPM‑team van EBS N&U. Je werkt intensief samen met de IPM‑rollen in de projecten om ervoor te zorgen dat contractafspraken, risico's, planning, kwaliteit en financiën integraal worden gestuurd. In die samenwerking staat open communicatie centraal: je deelt actief inzichten uit contracten en leveranciersprestaties en haalt signalen en behoeften uit de projecten op, zodat jullie samen continu kunnen verbeteren.
