Opdrachtomschrijving In verband met de doorstroom van medewerkers binnen de organisatie is er een tijdelijk capaciteitsgebrek ontstaan in het contractmanagement team terwijl er een stijgende behoefte aan dienstverlening wordt gesignaleerd. Ter overbrugging van de periode ten behoeve van de structurele werving*, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren senior contractmanager. *De vacature voor de structurele werving: Werken bij InQuest als Senior Contractmanager (DH20808) Als Senior Contractmanager bij de UvA en HvA ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verbeteren van contracten binnen een enthousiaste omgeving waar de behoefte met de service aan de dienstverlening relatief onbekend maar wel groot is. Het verbeteren van contracten zoals mogelijk besparingen of de dienstverlenging meer aan te laten sluiten op de behoefte van de gebruikers. Je ontwikkelt contractvisies, vertaalt deze naar jaarplannen en zorgt voor de uitvoering ervan. Met jouw ervaring en strategisch inzicht breng je complexe problemen in kaart en bied je passende oplossingen. Je bent een sparringpartner op tactisch en strategisch niveau en draagt bij aan het succes van onze organisatie en de onderwijsinstellingen HvA en UvA. Dit ga je doen: - De contractvisie samen met de betrokkende omzetten in concrete jaarplannen en deze samen succesvol realiseren. - Actief zoeken naar mogelijkheden om contractprestaties te verbeteren en deze effectief implementeren. - Je houdt de marktontwikkelingen in jouw betreffende categorie nauwgezet in de gaten en vertaalt deze naar impact van het contract. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de tactische en strategische ontwikkeling van het contractmanagement. - Je behoudt overzicht over de voortgang, invull.
