Voor het project Nieuwe Waarden Alblasserwaard (NWA) zoeken wij een ervaren senior contractmanager die complexe contracten vertaalt naar succesvolle samenwerking en resultaat. Jouw invloed Nieuwe Waarden Alblasserwaard maakt onderdeel uit van het gebiedsprogramma Alblasserwaard-Vijfheerenlanden (A5H). Binnen dit project werken we aan een toekomstbestendig watersysteem met onder andere een nieuw boezemgemaal, een boezemkanaal, nieuwe gemalen en natuurmaatregelen. Het is een unieke opgave waarin techniek, omgeving, bestuurlijke belangen en contractmanagement samenkomen. WSRL werkt in dit project volgens de twee-fasenaanpak. Als senior contractmanager vervul je de IPM-rol Contractmanagement binnen het project Nieuwe Waarden Alblasserwaard. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de contractuele beheersing van een project dat van grote betekenis is voor de waterveiligheid en klimaatbestendigheid van de regio. Het project bevindt zich in de ontwerpfase binnen een bouwteamsamenwerking (fase 1). Samen met de bouwteampartner, het projectteam en andere stakeholders werk je toe naar een gedragen ontwerp, een beheersbare risicoverdeling en een succesvolle overgang naar de realisatiefase (fase 2). Je bewaakt daarbij de contractuele kaders, stuurt op prestaties en zorgt ervoor dat samenwerking en projectdoelen hand in hand gaan. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het invullen van de IPM-rol Contractmanager binnen het projectteam Nieuwe Waarden Alblasserwaard. - Het contractueel begeleiden van de bouwteamfase (fase 1) en het voorbereiden van de overgang naar de realisatieovereenkomst (fase 2). - Het voeren van contractoverleggen en onderhandelingen met de opdrachtnemer (aannemerscombinatie), gericht op het sluiten van de realisatieovereenkomst (fase 2). - Het adviseren van de...
