In Team Projects werken we aan complexe vastgoed- en infrastructurele projecten die essentieel zijn voor TenneT. Draag jij hieraan bij als Contractmanager Bouwprojecten binnen de afdeling Real Estate & Facility Management? Jouw rol Veel projecten gaan de komende periode richting aanbesteding en uitvoering. In deze fase is senior contractmanagement bepalend voor voorspelbare resultaten en beheerste besluitvorming. Als Senior Contractmanager ben jij het contractuele en commerciële geweten van het integrale projectteam. Je werkt binnen Team Projects van Real Estate & Facility Management aan een brede portefeuille van data- en controlcenters, kantoren, warehouses en andere bedrijfskritische locaties, die tientallen projecten en een meerjarige CAPEX-prognose van ruim €1 miljard omvat. In één of meerdere multidisciplinaire (IPM-)projectteams ontwikkel je de contractstrategie, geef je richting aan complexe aanbestedings- en uitvoeringsvraagstukken en stuur je op afspraken, prestaties, wijzigingen, claims en geschillen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de projectmanager, technisch manager, manager projectbeheersing, omgevingsmanager en in- en externe partijen. Vanuit jouw senioriteit overzie je de belangen gedurende de volledige projectlevenscyclus, bewaak je de samenhang tussen contractuele, commerciële, technische en bestuurlijke belangen en adviseer je projectmanagement en senior stakeholders over risico's, scenario's en besluiten. Wanneer dossiers project- of organisatiegrenzen overstijgen, neem je de regie. Verder ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Contractstrategie en aanbesteding: je ontwikkelt en onderbouwt de contract- en aanbestedingsstrategie voor complexe projecten en programma's...
