Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full contract lifecycle: strategy, pre-award, negotiation, execution, and close-out - Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with prime contract terms - Manage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution - Develop contracting strategies and support major procurement decisions - Act as a senior advisor to project leadership and key stakeholders - Lead and mentor a team of contract professionals Requirements: - 25+ years' experience in Contracts / Commercial Management - Proven track record on PMC mega projects ($5B+) , preferably in refining or oil & gas - Strong expertise in UK law / English law governed contracts - Extensive experience with claims, negotiations, and complex contract structures - Experience working in international, multi-stakeholder project environments
