Konnekt zoekt een gedreven Senior Controller voor een internationaal voedingsbedrijf. Ontwikkel je vaardigheden in een stimulerende werkomgeving nabij Kortrijk.

Functieomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak, analyse en interpretatie van periodieke productie- en aankooprapporteringen.
  • Vertalen van financiële resultaten naar duidelijke managementinzichten en strategische aanbevelingen.
  • Coördineren van het budget- en forecastproces, inclusief consolidatie en kritische beoordeling van financiële input.
  • Uitvoeren van analyses rond kosten, productie en aankoop en bespreken van resultaten met interne stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen van strategische projecten en identificeren van mogelijkheden voor procesoptimalisatie.
  • Meewerken aan de implementatie van nieuwe tools en verbeterinitiatieven binnen de organisatie.
  • Begeleiden van junior collega’s en delen van kennis binnen het controllingteam.
  • Fungeren als financiële sparringpartner dankzij een kritische blik, analytisch vermogen en sterke businessgerichtheid.
  • Masterdiploma in een economische richting
  • Minstens 5-10 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Sterke affiniteit met cijfers en interesse in de inzichten erachter
  • Hands-on ingesteld met focus op procesverbetering en optimalisatie
  • Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met SAP is een plus
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels
  • Analytisch sterk, zelfstandig en communicatief vaardig
