Als controller bij één van onze klanten, een internationale voedingsproducent, duik je niet alleen diep in de financiële wereld, je maakt ook een tastbare impact op een groeiende organisatie én op je collega’s. Je krijgt een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen controlling voor twee business units.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Je zorgt voor correcte maandelijkse resultaten van productie en aankoop voor beide business units. Je bespreekt de cijfers met de senior controller en begeleidt junior collega’s.
  • Je bereidt het budgetproces voor, verzamelt en consolideert input en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke inzichten en onderbouwde conclusies.
  • Je neemt deel aan financiële reviews met operations en ondersteunt de senior controller met diepgaande analyses van productie- en aankoopvarianties.
  • Je levert analyses en inzichten voor projecten binnen productie en aankoop en werkt mee aan de implementatie van nieuwe tools.
  • Je detecteert inefficiënties, werkt verbetertrajecten uit en leidt deze na validatie. Je communiceert helder over voortgang en resultaten.
  • Dankzij je zelfstandigheid, analytisch vermogen en hands-on aanpak word je snel een vaste waarde binnen het controlling team.
  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent sterk in Excel en Office; ervaring met SAP is een troef.
  • Je kan minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen.
  • Je bent hands-on, analytisch en steeds op zoek naar procesverbetering.
  • Je houdt van cijfers én van de inzichten die erachter schuilgaan.
