Voor een toonaangevend industrieel voedingsbedrijf zoeken wij een Senior Controller. Het bedrijf is al een gevestigde waarde in zijn sector en maakt hoogwaardige diepvriesproducten voor professionele klanten. Vanuit een moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde productiesite levert het aan klanten in tientallen landen op verschillende continenten. Als Senior Controller word je een strategische sparringpartner voor management en collega's, en krijg je een sleutelrol binnen een gedreven controllingteam. Je werkt mee aan de verdere groei van een organisatie waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en innovatie de drijvende krachten zijn.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stelt de budgetten op en volgt de forecasts op. Je bereidt de templates voor, consolideert de input, toetst de targets kritisch en vertaalt de cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor de business.
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de periodieke rapportering van de productie- en aankoop-P&L van 2 business units. Je analyseert de resultaten, geeft advies en bespreekt ze met de controlling manager.
  • Je neemt deel aan financiële reviewmeetings met operations en andere stakeholders. Je vertaalt variaties in productie en aankoop naar duidelijke conclusies.
  • Je ondersteunt productie en aankoop in strategische projecten en maakt deel uit van het projectteam bij de invoering van nieuwe tools. Je brengt bottlenecks in kaart, stelt actieplannen op en start verbetertrajecten op.
  • Je begeleidt jongere collega's bij hun eerste stappen in controlling en groeit door tot hun mentor.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een Master TEW of Handelsingenieur, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, waarvan enkele jaren in audit of controlling.
  • Je werkt vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels en hebt een sterke kennis van Office. Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent hands-on en kritisch, en zoekt steeds naar manieren om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je houdt van cijfers én van de verhalen erachter, en je inspireert anderen met je expertise en positieve energie.
