Voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de zorgsector in Mechelen wordt een Senior Controller gezocht die financiële inzichten weet te vertalen naar concrete bedrijfsbeslissingen. In deze veelzijdige en evolutieve functie werk je nauw samen met Finance, Operations en het management en krijg je de kans om rechtstreeks bij te dragen aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie. Je stuurt één Financial Controller aan en krijgt op termijn de mogelijkheid om een groter team te leiden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Senior Controller :

  • Je stuurt één Financial Controller aan en krijgt op termijn de mogelijkheid om een groter team te leiden.
  • Je analyseert maandelijkse resultaten, KPI's en budgetafwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Je stelt budgetten, forecasts en businessplannen op en volgt de realisatie ervan op.
  • Je bewaakt cashflow, werkkapitaal en financiële schuld en identificeert optimalisatiemogelijkheden.
  • Je gebruikt BI-tools en AI-oplossingen om reporting verder te automatiseren en financiële inzichten te versterken.
  • Je ondersteunt de business bij strategische financiële beslissingen en draagt bij aan het businessplan.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, Operations en management en neemt een brede 360°-controllingrol op.

Jouw profiel :

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt maximaal vijf jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol als Business Controller of Financial Analyst.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met reporting, budgettering, forecasting en variantieanalyse.
  • Je hebt ervaring met cashflow-, werkkapitaal- en financiële schuldrapportering.
  • Je bent vlot met BI-tools zoals Power BI of Tableau en hebt interesse in AI-toepassingen binnen finance.
  • Je bent leergierig en enthousiast om nieuwe technologieën, processen en systemen te ontdekken.
  • Je kan complexe financiële informatie helder vertalen naar inzichten voor niet-financiële stakeholders.
  • Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen in een team.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Engels; daarnaast beschik je over een sterke basis in het Frans.
