Jouw rol als Senior Controller In jouw rol als Senior Controller bij Smart Holding krijg je het beste van twee werelden: je bent zowel de strategische sparringpartner (Business Control) als de cijferbewaker (Financial Control). Je zit dicht op de business, volgt onze strategische koers en helpt mee bij de tactische keuzes om die koers waar te maken. Je zorgt dat de juiste informatie op het juiste moment beschikbaar is, zodat iedereen kan sturen op feiten. Door processen te monitoren en te controleren, zie jij waar het slimmer, sneller of beter kan en pak je dat op. Elke maand en elk kwartaal lever je een helder beeld van de financiële status van onze verschillende entiteiten. Je laat zien waar de kansen liggen, waar de risico's zitten en hoe we ervoor staan ten opzichte van budget. Je valideert de bezetting en facturatie, controleert administratie en jaarrekeningen, en analyseert verkooptarieven in vergelijking met normtarieven. Ook zit je met budgethouders en accountmanagers om tafel om de cijfers te vertalen naar concrete acties. Je rapporteert direct aan onze CFO en werkt samen met twee collega's binnen het Finance-team.
