Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Großraum Linz 1 Senior Controller_in - im Produktionsumfeld In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Controllingsystems und schaffen Transparenz für fundierte Unternehmensentscheidungen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Aufbau und Einführung eines modernen Controllings im Unternehmen

* Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Kennzahlen zur Unternehmenssteuerung

* Vor- und Nachkalkulationen von Produkten, Aufträgen und Projekten

* Aufbau und Pflege von Reports, Dashboards und Auswertungen

* Durchführung periodischer Analysen (z. B. Produktionskennzahlen, Deckungsbeiträge, Kostenstrukturen, Inventuren)

* Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung als Sparring Partner:in

* Weiterentwicklung von Kostenrechnung sowie Optimierung von Prozessen und Steuerungsinstrumenten

* Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Unterstützung des operativen sowie strategischen Controllings

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf und Management zur nachhaltigen Unternehmenssteuerung

* Perspektivischer Ausbau der Rolle mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeit zur Führungskraft

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Finance, etc.

* Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld

* Verständnis für Kostenrechnung, Produktionsprozesse und Unternehmenssteuerung

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI-Tools & SQL von Vorteil

* Analytische Denkweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität

* Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten

Arbeitszeiten:

* Vollzeitanstellung (38,5 h/Woche)

* Montag - Freitag mit Gleitzeitmodell

* Gehalt zwischen € 4.000,- bis € 5.000,- brutto/Monat, abhängig von Berufserfahrung & Qualifikation
