In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie Teil eines professionellen Finance-Teams und agieren als wichtige:r Sparringpartner:in für unterschiedliche Fachbereiche und Entscheidungsträger:innen. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Management sowie den operativen Einheiten zusammen und bringen Ihre Expertise aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Durchführung des Projekt- und Kostencontrollings * Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von regelmäßigen Reports und Management-Auswertungen * Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie im konzernweiten Reporting * Analyse und Bewertung laufender Projekte sowie Unterstützung bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen * Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Planungsrechnungen * Durchführung von Abweichungs-, Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Ad-hoc-Analysen * Beratung und Unterstützung operativer Fachbereiche und Führungskräfte bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen * Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-, Reporting- und Planungsprozessen * Mitarbeit an strategischen und bereichsübergreifenden Sonderprojekten * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management und relevanten Schnittstellen im Unternehmen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Finance oder Accounting * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem komplexen oder international ausgerichteten Unternehmensumfeld * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Controlling sowie Erfahrung mit IFRS * Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit MS Excel sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und Reporting-Systemen * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge * Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, als kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen zu agieren * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Eigeninitiative sowie Freude daran, Prozesse und Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
