Die Caritas der Diözese St. Pölten betreut im Bereich Familie und Pflege über 3500 Kund*innen und Klient*innen durch rund 1200 Mitarbeiter*innen. Unsere Dienstleistungen und Angebote umfassen die mobile und stationäre Pflege und Betreuung sowie ambulante und stationäre Unterstützungsangebote im Familienbereich.

Als wichtiges Mitglied unseres engagierten Führungsteams arbeiten Sie mit Ihrem Team an der Entstehung und Weiterentwicklung von sozialen Dienstleistungen der Zukunft. 1 Senior Controller*in mit Leitungsfunktion

im Bereich Familie und Pflege Arbeitsausmaß: 37 Wochenstunden

Arbeitsbeginn: November 2026

Dienstort: St. Pölten

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Sie steuern in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung die kaufmännischen Abläufe und die innovative Weiterentwicklung der wirtschaftlichen Prozesse des Bereiches

* Sie führen das erfahrene und engagierte Team fachlich und personell auf Augenhöhe und geben Raum für eigenständiges Arbeiten

* Als wichtige*r Sparringpartner*in beraten Sie die Bereichsleitung proaktiv bei strategischen Fragestellungen

* Sie vertreten den Bereich in Arbeitsgruppen der Gesamtcaritas und bei Verhandlungen mit Fördergebern

* Sie agieren als Kaufmännische Projektbegleitung und sind ebenso im operativen Controlling tätig

* Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für eine sorgfältige Budgetplanung und Erstellung

Was wir erwarten:

* Abgeschlossene FH oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Controlling, RW

* Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und Leitungskompetenz

* Ausgeprägtes Interesse am Sozial und Pflegebereich gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken

* Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit

* Moderations- und Projektmanagementerfahrung

Entlohnung nach Caritas Kollektivvertrag: Mindestgehalt in Verwendungsgruppe II/3 (bei 37 WoStd.) € 4.346,00 inkl. FZ. Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten. Zulagen entsprechend KV und BV.
